  Orsolya Herbein

  Partner/Creative Director

  Orsolya (short Orsi, but pronounced Orshie) didn’t wait long before revealing her passion for art and creativity: At the tender age of three, she won an International Drawing Competition in Eastern Europe. Once the time came for Orsolya to pick a career path, graphic design seemed a natural fit. Orsolya attended the New England School of Art and Design in Boston and obtained a B.A. in Graphic Design. After graduating, Orsolya began her professional design career primarily in the pharmaceutical industry, while continuing to serve various clients as a freelance designer. With the rapid rise of digital and web media, Orsolya saw it essential to broaden her skills and returned to school to study Interactive Media and Web Design. This allowed her to become very versatile, multifaceted, and able to offer a wide range of services in the design industry. Orsolya’s creative approach is similar to problem-solving: How can a visual best represent the core meaning it needs to convey? Orsolya’s clean style brings together both aesthetics and function with never an unnecessary element in sight. As an immigrant from Hungary, and having always been interested in different cultures and ways of living, Orsolya brings an open mind with an ability to step into the shoes of her clients. Her work always involves thorough research and asking questions that flaunt her lovely accent. A mother of two, a devoted wife, and caregiver of quite a few pets, she lives in Northern Maryland. She enjoys nature, books, and pretty much anything thought-provoking that has the potential to deepen her values and better her character.

  Matt Christ

  Partner/Brand Strategist

  Matt has managed and produced effective brand and marketing strategies for a wide range of corporate and nonprofit organizations in the Mid-Atlantic region. His success is driven by his simple and profound belief that the same quality standards that make national brands successful should be applied to every size business. Matt serves his current client base through the utilization of a virtual network consisting of local and global creative and manufacturing resources, combined with 27 years of industry experience and a passion to help business owners improve their bottom line. A sampling of his client list includes CSX, IBM, Bel Air Construction, NMTC, City of Aberdeen, DRD Pools, Survice Engineering, Lambda Technologies, and University Center. He has served on the Economic Development Commission for the City of Aberdeen and has developed and taught on the subject matter of effective brand/marketing for the Small Business Development Center (SBDC) in the Northeastern region. He lives in Harford County and is enjoying 37 years of marriage with his wife Kim, and their 8 children and 11 grandchildren.

  Emma Marzullo

  Social Media Manager

  Emma is one of our social media coordinators and a recent graduate from Towson University. Growing up in the rise of social media made her realize this is something she wanted to make a career of and she is just getting started! She continues to grow in her education after school with help from the Brand3 team. A fun fact about Emma is she loves all things in the beauty industry and could spend hours watching Youtube make-up videos. Her personal tagline is “Live and let live.”

  Holland Kiser

  Project Manager

  Holland is one of our Project Managers and is located in the Air Capital of the World – Wichita, Kansas. Holland has well-rounded knowledge and experience in marketing fields from content strategy to event planning to video production. Her organization skills and love of checklists are what helped hone her passion for project management. Something you might not know about Holland is that she grew up doing theatre, and one of her degrees is in theatre performance! When she’s not working, Holland enjoys spending time with her husband, exploring parks with their dogs, and cooking whatever’s been recently added to her Pinterest boards. Holland’s personal tagline is “My checklists have checklists.”

  Tav Laskauskas

  Marketing Coordinator

  Tav has been working in the digital marketing field for 5 years, developing content strategy for multiple brands on both the local and national level. Her background in both psychology and dance helps her develop effective strategies that work to optimize the user experience. She is passionate about social media marketing and helping brands share their essence authentically with the world. When she isn’t creating marketing solutions or choreography, she is mom to two active boys, wife to Zachary, knitter, cat lover, and tea aficionado.

  Abby Dunkerton

  Graphic Designer

  Abby is one of our graphic designers and loves what she does! She continues to grow as a designer beside the Brand3 team. She has a special place in her heart for good typography. In her spare time, Abby enjoys playing any and every sport, singing, and playing the piano. She is also always down for a movie night, especially if it’s a Marvel movie.

  Tykia Key

  Account Manager

  Located in Washington, D.C., Tykia (pronounced “Tie-kee-ah”) is a self-proclaimed Marketing Unicorn. She has over 11 years of experience managing marketing and business development efforts. Uncovering the viability of existing services/products and identifying strategies to attract new audiences. Tykia loves creating mood playlists, interior design and art, and relaxing outside. If she were a brand her tagline would be, “A Cheerleader for All Unicorns and Underdogs.”

  Hana Pugh

  Operations Coordinator

  Hana (pronounced like “Benihana”) Pugh is our Operations Coordinator and Jill of all trades. She is located in Baltimore, MD – Charm City! Hana has a background in research and brings experience in supporting teams with logistics and operations. Hana’s favorite hobby is adding a ton of items to an online shopping cart and closing the browser once she sees the total – she calls it virtual window shopping. Otherwise, you can catch her curating Spotify playlists, traveling stateside and abroad, trying new foods, and convincing her young son to enjoy naps while he still can.

  Ashley Ikerd

  Project Manager

  Ashley is one of our Project Managers here at Brand3. She is located in the Northern part of the great state of Georgia! Ashley has been working in commercial printing and marketing roles in various capacities for the last 15 years. She loves working with clients to help keep them informed, organized and focused on their goals. When she’s not managing your project or acting as a chauffeur to her kids, Ashley likes to spend a little time crafting “all the things”, including sewing, painting, woodworking and more. She also loves reading – usually multiple books at the same time. Her only vice is hot coffee.
